My Story

In my current role, I bridge the gap between the industrial sector and the world of technology on a daily basis. My background in industrial management and logistics enables me to gain a deep understanding of the on-the-ground needs of large operational clients, such as Mekorot. My work focuses on Plant Maintenance (PM) systems, where I bridge the gap between business process requirements and their actual implementation within the SAP system.

What did this degree give me?
My studies provided me with a broad, systemic perspective and a profound understanding of business, operational, and logistical processes. The tools I acquired allow me to take complex organizational needs, analyze them logically, and translate them into precise technical specifications and requirements. These serve as the foundation for technological development within the company’s information systems.

A tip for students and graduates:
Today’s corporate world requires us to be fluent in three languages simultaneously: the language of business, the language of operations, and the language of technology. My advice is not to shy away from diving into technical details—even if you come from a management background—and to always strive to understand the process from end to end. Your greatest added value will lie in your ability to bridge the gap between real-world operational needs and systemic solutions.
